The purpose of soy protein separation equipment is to separate solid substances with a specific gravity greater than that of the liquid phase fluid from the mixed fluid.
When the mixed liquid enters the inner cavity of the high-speed rotating drum through the feeding port, the solid substances with higher specific gravity in the mixed liquid quickly settle to the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force, and are discharged from the drum body through the solid phase outlet by the spiral pusher; At the same time, the liquid phase with a smaller specific gravity forms an inner liquid ring under the action of centrifugal force, and is discharged from the outside of the drum through the liquid overflow port. The drum and the screw pusher operate at high speed simultaneously, and due to the certain speed difference between the two, the solid substances settled on the drum wall are continuously pushed by the screw pusher to the outlet for discharge, and the entire separation process continues.

Horizontal spiral centrifuge, also known as horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge, uses the centrifugal acceleration generated by high-speed rotation to rapidly settle solid particles in the liquid and deposit them on the inner wall of the drum. After the material is pumped into the chamber through the feed pipe, the drum and the screw conveyor rotate at high speed in the same direction with differential speed, causing the solid to settle on the inner wall of the drum, and then discharged through the screw conveyor. The clarified liquid phase is discharged from the outlet weir at the other end of the drum, thus achieving continuous feeding, separation, and unloading of the material, and ultimately achieving the effect of solid-liquid separation.

1. Large aspect ratio and high rotational speed. A drum cone structure with multiple angles;
2. The feeding spiral adopts special wear-resistant measures, which can be sprayed with hard alloy protective layer or embedded with hard alloy wear-resistant sheet;

Effective avoidance of resonance zone phenomenon during high-speed rotation of dual rotors: Within the design speed range, there is no obvious first-order or second-order resonance zone phenomenon during the operation of the whole machine, and the full vibration intensity of the bearing seat is controlled between 2mm/s and 4mm/s. Avoiding additional fatigue damage to various components of the equipment caused by high-frequency vibration.
4. Differential selection: Choose planetary gears or hydraulic differentials with heavy loads and large transmission ratios;
